Your local council
Use Victoria's official Know Your Council service or the Municipal Association of Victoria council directory. These routes cover Victorian councils and lead to their current websites and contacts.
For a particular proposal, contact the council's planning team with the application number and request the plans, reports, decision pathway and submission deadline. For a policy resolution, contact your councillors. The directory replaces an older copied list so that readers can reach the maintained official source.
Victorian planning policy
The Department of Transport and Planning contact page is a starting point for state planning-policy enquiries. Ask which team is responsible for service-station siting provisions and the process for seeking an amendment.
EPA Victoria
Use EPA Victoria's contact and reporting channels for environmental questions and to find the appropriate pollution-reporting route. Keep requests for policy information separate from reports about a specific incident. Provide dates, times and observable facts where relevant.
Public health policy
The Victorian Department of Health environmental-health pages identify its public-health work and contact routes. A personal health concern should be discussed with an appropriate health professional; this campaign cannot assess an individual's exposure or diagnosis.
Parliamentary consideration
The Legislative Assembly Environment and Planning Committee publishes its remit, enquiries and contact information. Check current submission opportunities before sending evidence. This site does not imply that a service-station inquiry has been announced.
